Facilities include free admission to all holders of a disability registration card. (Some parts of the exhibition are not accessible to chair users.) Priority is given to pre-booked wheelchair users on arrival – go to the Group Entrance on arrival. Guide and hearing dogs are admitted. Due to safety regulations, the attraction can only accept three wheelchairs at any one time but visits can be booked in advance by calling the number shown above.
